Worcester’s Restaurant Week Ends This Week

restaurantweekIt’s not too late to take advantage of Worcester’s Restaurant Week.  Cities and towns across the country participate in this type of program to get people dining out during the dog days of summer.

This is Worcester’s first annual restaurant week and I am sure it won’t be the last.  Restaurant “Week” actually runs for 2 weeks from August 3rd to August 14th(this Friday).  You will be able to enjoy special 3 course meals for the low price of $20.09.  This is great for both diners and restaurants because more diners will be willing to try different restaurants that they might think are out of their price range.  Given the state of the economy it also helps restaurants bring customers in their doors that may not be benefiting from the normal tourism this time of year.

You can get more information at the official website for Worcester Restaurant Week.  Some of the restaurants have links to online reservation service Open Table.  Others have the special menu available for download via PDF.  I put together an alphabetical list in case you already have one in mind that you have been wanting to try.
